Description

This procurement is being solicited unrestricted. Solicitation SPE300-23-R-X005 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense ("DoD") customers in Maryland. Contract performance is expected to be from Sunday April 16, 2023 through Saturday April 12, 2025.



The resultant award will be issued as an indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) not to exceed 2 years or $250,000.00 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance.



The resultant contract will be based on the lowest aggregate price. The offer must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offerors takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award.
