Notice of Intent to Sole Source for One (1) Mira 900F laser system, one (1) Verdi G5 OPS laser and one (1) baseplate riser manufactured by Coherent Inc.



The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government is soliciting and negotiating with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The name of the company the Government intends to award a contract to is Coherent Inc., 5100 Patrick Henry Drive, Santa Clara, CA 95054-1112, CAGE Code: 1DR13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received prior to the closing date and time of this solicitation.
