SUMMARY:
This is a notice in accordance with 35 U.S.C. 209(e), 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i) and 83 FR 43849. The National Institute of Standards and Technology (“NIST”), U.S. Department of Commerce, gives notice of its intent to grant an exclusive license in the United States of America, its territories, possessions and commonwealths, to practice the invention described and claimed in US Patent No. 11,180,844 to Vapor Cell Technologies, LLC, having its principal place of business in Boulder, Colorado.
The grant of the license would be for the manufacture, use and sale of vapor cells incorporating technology described in US Patent No. 11,180,844.
DATES:
The prospective exclusive license may be granted unless NIST receives, by January 25, 2023, written evidence and argument which establish that the grant of the license would not be consistent with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37CFR 404.7.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The prospective exclusive license will be royalty bearing and will comply with the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7. The prospective exclusive license may be granted unless, within fifteen (15) days from the date of this published Notice, NIST receives written evidence and argument that establish that grant of the exclusive license would not be consistent with the requirements of 35 U.S.C. 209 and 37 CFR 404.7.
