The Naval Air Warfare Center - Aircraft Division at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) solicitation for the procurement of a complete WV Communications, Inc. Flight Termination Systems (FTS) Relay suite of software and hardware including: NRE Relay suite firmware software, relay suite firmware software package, two (2) receiver/decoders, two (2) simulator TDUs, and two (2) diplexers. The anticipated award date of the order is in approximately six months. The Atlantic Test Range (ATR) currently owns 4 complete WV Communications Flight Termination Systems (FTS). All of the FTSs are specifically designed to meet Range Commander Council (RCC) requirements for RCC-319 and RCC-208. These RCC requirements are set by ATR Range Safety as safety of flight requirements.

This requirement will be procured in accordance with the authority permitting other than full and open competition under FAR 6.203-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
