The Government intends to solicit PerkinElmer for: one (1) base year and four (4) option years for an annual service visit to calibration a PerkinElmer Lambda 950 UV/Vis Spectrophotometer and a PerkinElmer Spectrum 100 FTIR, as detailed in the attached solicitation. This solicitation is a sole source, other than full and open request justification attached). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued.
