Solicitation Information

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 31 October 2022.

Solicitation N0042123Q0007 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Metropole Products, Inc for Antenna MUOS Diplexer P/N: FMA-123-3 and Low Noise Amplifier P/N: AM-212D4-1 items as listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.SAM.gov.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

All equipment must be new. No repaired or remanufactured equipment will be accepted.

This notice is intent to Sole Source with Metropole Products, Inc. a Small Business.

Vendors must be Metropole Products, Inc authorized distributor and provide documentation to be considered.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 31 October 2022. A determination by the Government not compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive.
