Sources Sought- Journal Archives- USNA

This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk’s intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract to provide Journals Archive Collection/Journal articles published 1841-2007 for the United States Naval Academy library in Annapolis Maryland.

This announcement constitutes a sources sought for written information only. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and a contract will not be awarded from this announcement. This is a one- time acquisition.

This announcement is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.

Anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code

The NAICS Code for this requirement is 519210 –Libraries and Archives the Size Standard is $21.0 Million.

Reponses to this Sources Sought request should reference N0068G23USNAJOURNALARCHIVES and shall include the following information in this format:

1 - Company name, address, point of contact name, phone number, fax number and email address.

2 - Size of business – Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Service Disabled Veteran-owned.

3 - An estimated Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM)

4 - A copy of System of Award Management (SAM) sam.gov active registration. Must reflect Data Universal Numbering System, and Commercial and Government Entity Code.

5 - Capability statement displaying the contractor’s ability to provide the subscriptions identified in the draft performance work statement.

6 - Include any other supporting documentation.

7 - Comments or suggested changes to the Government's NAICS Determination

8 - Identify conditions or issues the U.S. Government should consider or may interfere with the intention of this project.

Documentation of technical ability to provide the required library subscriptions in the attached performance work statement in sufficient detail.

Responses should be emailed to lilibeth.g.colorado2.civ@us.navy.mil by Tuesday, 24 Feb 2023 no later than 2:00 PM EST. Again, this is not a request for a proposal. Respondents will not be notified the results and the Government is not required to answer any questions submitted in regards to this sources sought notice.
