Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), Indian Head, MD negotiated and awarded a $55,013,768 hybrid Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to Tomahawk Robotics, 2326 Irwin Street, Melbourne, FL 32901 on 14 April 2023. This contract is for production and post-production support of the Flexible Cyber-Secure Radio (FlexCSR) Systems. This contract includes options, which if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $58,506,352. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed by April 2028.



This was a sole source procurement to Tomahawk Robotics based on the authority provided in FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Sources or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Tomahawk Robotics is the only vendor who can perform this requirement without substantial delay or duplication of costs to the Government.
