Requirement Description

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) has a requirement for online journal subscriptions to support the University’s students, faculty and researchers. All subscriptions must be available in electronic format to be accessed by all approved USU patrons via the Internet. Remote access via a secure EZ Proxy server and compliance with ASA guidelines is required. Quotes that do not include access for all registered users are not acceptable. The Period of Performance is 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023. The required journal titles are outlined in Attachment 1: Journal Subscriptions List.
