This is a sources sought/synopsis announcement issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Northeast Market – Contracting Division (NM-CD) as part of its market research, on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Respiratory Therapy Department, Bethesda, MD. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for the following supplies:



Four Non-invasive Ventilator Systems






  • Pressure generated

  • 50psi source Oxygen carrying capacity

  • Flexibility to adapt to the changing patient conditions

  • Availability of multiple non-invasive ventilation modes

  • High flow oxygen therapy modes that allows the unit to operate in various clinical settings including the ER, intensive care, and intra-hospital transport.

  • Critical information display

  • Easily viewable alarms

  • Hot-swappable battery

  • CO2 and SpO2 monitoring, and HEPA filtration even in Standby mode

  • Continuous CO2 monitoring during NPPV therapy
