Description

The BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 Cycle Sequencing Kit's robust, highly flexible chemistry is ideal for de novo sequencing, resequencing, and finishing with PCR product, plasmid, fosmid, and BAC templates. we have two machines that require large amount of POP-7™ Polymer to keep machines running for performing DNA sequencing, especially, we have just received 54 families (total 322 individuals) of Human DNA samples with congenital cataract and RP from Pakistan. The aim of the large project is to detection of genetic changes that may lead to disease presence or susceptibility. To perform this research that we are in urgent need POP-7™ Polymer to carried out DNA sequencing for all individuals to screen candidate genes and detect mutations causing eye diseases.
