The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AffinityCE, LLC for one (1) 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month option periods for the procurement of follow-on support and access to AffinityCE’s Learning Management System (LMS) for USU’s Medical Executive Skills Training Course (MedXellence).
