Subject to FAR Clause 52.215-3, entitled "Solicitation for Information of Planning Purpose," this announcement constitutes a sources sought notice to provide high-quality new equipment for recording, engineering, manipulating, and reproducing audio for the United States Naval Academy Band (USNA Band). This is not a solicitation announcement for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. This does not constitute a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government plans to procure these as a Commercial product as defined in FAR 2.101.

List of Technical Specifications

Please reference the attached List of Technical Specifications which include the quantity of each commercial product the Department of the Navy may seek to procure.

The Government expects a required delivery date of 29 September 2023.

Reponses to this Sources Sought request shall reference N0016123RC16613. Responses shall include the following information in the format below:

1. Company name, address, POC name, phone number, and email.

2. Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.

3. Size of Business - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), HUB-Zone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned.

4. If products included in the attached List of Technical Specifications can be solicited from your company’s GSA, SeaPort-NxG, or NASA SEWP V contract vehicle, please provide the applicable contract number.

5. Please specify if your company is an authorized reseller/dealer or similar for any of the products/brands included in the attached List of Technical Specifications.

Submissions are not to exceed three (3) standard typewritten pages.
