Notice of Intent Sole Source

The US Food and Drug Administration {FDA), Office of Finance Budget Acquisition and Planning, intends to award a sole source award to NGPV, a current incumbent contract holder; to provide On-Site Parking Permits (50) accomodations, for The US Food and Drug Administration, Fishers Lane Building, 5630 Fishers Lane, Rockville MD.

The propose simplified acquisition is for services; the Government intends to solicit and negotiate to only one source, in reference to FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) Special documentation requirements, (a) Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions, and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

FDA will not consider all responses received prior to the closing date of this notice, and will not use responses in determining and conducting the use of full and open competition for this requirement.
