Proposals will be publicly opened and read at 2:30 p.m. on that date in City Hall Council Chambers. This project includes:

• To provide professional consulting forestry services to the City for the Evitts Creek Watershed.
• Consulting forestry services are expected to include, but not limited to, timber inventory, harvest planning, timber appraisal, site prep, timber marking, field operations compliance, timber sales, and property boundary marking, as well as invasive species control.

the asdf asfA "MANDATORY VIRTUAL PRE-PROPOSAL SESSION” for the purpose of answering or obtaining answers to questions of parties interested in performing the work will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on 1/4/2023. All parties that have requested a copy of the Contract Documents will receive the link to the teleconference 24 hours prior to the session starting.

A Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the accepted bid will be required of the successful bidder. A Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid.

The Mayor and City Council reserve the right to waive any technicalities and to reject any or all proposals, and to accept any or all proposals which in their judgment is to the best interest of the City.
