The project consists of: The installation, repair, and replacement of pipe culverts; and all incidental work as indicated in the Specifications, or the Special Provisions, on selected roadways from the County’s 2023 paving contracts. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening. Application forms are available for download from the Bureau of Engineering webpage.
