The goals of this RFP is to continue to move the Carroll County Behavioral Health system in a direction that can better achieve the mission described in the background section of this document. This requires strengthening and enhancing the current system as well as continuous improvement, mostly in the area of follow-up and care coordination, and integration of medical care and services. This necessitates the provider to continue to build on current strengths and relationships that exist in the system and community while developing the continuum of care to better meet the needs of the community.
