Sealed bid proposals for IFB B-23-25 Demolition Services - Colora, MD as described in the bid package, for Cecil County, Maryland, Department of Development Services and Land Use, Permits & Inspection Services Division will be received from qualified bidders until 1:30 pm on October 26, 2022. The objective of this Invitation for Bid (BID) is for Cecil County, Maryland to select a VENDOR(s) to demolish and remove the following structures determined to be unsafe, unfit for human habitation or occupancy and unreasonable to repair in its entirety and stabilize the lot.
