Queen Anne’s County seeks to explore flood mitigation options for the Cloverfields community. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) solicits a study of the Cloverfields drainage area, approximately 1.12 square miles (717 acres), evaluate food mitigation activities, or a series of activities, host a series of meetings with public and private partners, develop construction documents for selected mitigation activities and develop a grant application to supplement county funds.
