Description
|
|
It is the intent of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (Commission) to obtain a Contractor to perform lawn maintenance services on various commission properties to include but is not limited to the following: cutting grass, applying pesticides, mulching, pruning, planting, fertilizing, hardscaping, cleanup and removal of debris. In addition, the Contractor may be required to perform additional work on a Time and Material basis, as authorized. Lawn Maintenance Services shall be performed at various Commission sites located within Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George’s Counties of Maryland.
