It is the intent of the Commission to establish a 12-month, annually renewable contract with a Supplier(s) to provide the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (“WSSC”) with copper tubing of various diameters as described and defined hereinto obtain multiple Suppliers who will furnish and deliver Copper Tubing in accordance with the attached specifications, at the prices bid, when requested on an as needed basis.
