SCOPE The Contractor will be required to perform Cleaning and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) of existing sanitary sewers. CCTV Inspection shall include, but is not limited to, the provision of cleaning operations and closed-circuit television monitoring operations for various size sewer mains. A. The Contractor shall perform all work and furnish all management, supervision, labor, tools, traffic control, equipment and supplies necessary for the performance and completion of the Contract, in the manner called for herein, at the prices listed on the Pricing Page and to the satisfaction of the Commission. B. Notwithstanding any statistical/historical data furnished by the Commission, it is the responsibility of the Contractor to furnish the necessary quantities of manpower, supplies and equipment to provide satisfactory service at all facilities identified within this solicitation. The Commission is firmly committed to providing full and equal business opportunities to all persons regardless of race, religion, gender, national origin, age, or disability. In that regard, the Commission encourages all Prime Contractors to utilize small local businesses located in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties and/or local certified minority/women-owned businesses as subcontractors on Commission projects. All Prime Contractors are required to report to the Commission for statistical purposes any payment made to subcontractors and such subcontractors are required to validate these payments by utilizing the Commission’s web-enabled tracking and compliance system.
