The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit submittals from qualified, professional vendors, to supply Evaluation Services for the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS). The mission of the Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) is to ensure academic success and social-emotional well-being for each student in an inclusive and nurturing environment that closes opportunity gaps. HCPSS has several grant funded programs that require an annual evaluation on the program’s implementation and progress toward meeting goals and objectives.
