ROOF TOP UNIT DECOMMISION AND REPLACEMENT

PIP MOYER RECREATION CENTER

The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed bids for construction services until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, May 30, 2023. Bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the Central Purchasing Office located at 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late bids will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to decommission and replacement of an existing 30 Ton, Trane gas-fired package unit.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check, payable to the City of Annapolis, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful bidder must provide Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price.

Interested parties are invited to attend a pre-bid conference at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 4, 2023 at the Pip Moyer Recreation Center, 273 Hilltop Lane, Annapolis, MD 21401.

The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
