Scope

The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain the services of a licensed Kitchen Hood, Laundry and HVAC Ductwork Cleaning Contractor to perform various Duct and Kitchen hood system cleaning services at both commercial and residential County owned or operated facilities on a scheduled basis (four times a year) and on an “as required” basis. The Contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, management, and supervision to accomplish the work issued under this contract. The Contractor will work from verbal instructions, sketches or drawings provided by the Contract Administrator or designee.
