Scope

The Scope of Work contained herein is intended to outline the general contractor requirements under this Informal and any resultant contracts that may be executed as a result of this solicitation. The listed Scope of Work is not all inclusive of the services that may be required under any contract, which may be issued as a result of the Informal.

1. The contractor must provide technical expertise for a broad range of email lists, dwelling list, target list, and specialized list (custom mapping). Assignments and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
   1. Schedule - Most list will require a 24-hour turnaround time. Adherence to the schedule must be maintained. The schedule will begin upon receipt of Montgomery County Publishing and Document Services order.
   2. Types of mailing and mailing lists will include:
2. Saturation Mailing (geographic area)
3. Target Mailing (population, ethnic group, zip code, and business owners)
4. Segmented Mailing (gender, age, own/rent dwelling, income, and education level.)
   1. All address lists must be up-to-date and scrubbed of all duplicates.
   2. All mailing lists must be cleansed, and CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certified and NCOA (National Change of Address) certified.
   3. If any contract errors are serious enough in the opinion of Montgomery County, a new mailing list will be required at no cost to the County.
