Scope

A contract resulting from this IFB will provide for the performance of Time and Material, and General Electrical/Maintenance/Installation services at County owned/maintained facilities on an as-needed basis.
The scope of work includes, but is not strictly limited to the following:

Maintenance/Repair

New Installation, Renovation and Alterations

Regular Working Days and Hour:

Services will be on an as-needed basis upon direction of the Contractor Administrator or designee. All work will be performed by competent Electricians, experienced in commercial electrical services. All work will be first class in accordance with good commercial practice. Regular working hours and days
are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding County Holidays. Any changes in these working hours must be approved in advance. The Contractor must have sufficient resources to respond to more than on the job at any given time should the need arise.
