Scope

PART 1: MCFRS DEFINITION OF TERMS
• All logo related materials such as art work, film positives, enlargements or reductions, camera preparation, screen preparations or transfer film preparations must be made from samples and/or sketches provided by the Department. Any logos made by the contractor from samples and/or sketches must be approved by the contract administrator prior to the commencement of work.
Imprint Logos
For the purposes of unit pricing on this solicitation, an imprint logo is to be applied to a garment surface, such as the front, back, top, bottom, or sleeve. A highly durable transfer or direct imprint is required by the Department. Use of correct imprint application process, including double striking (when indicated) and an appropriate flashing period, is mandatory. Apparel bearing Department logos will be exposed to repeated machine washing and drying cycles.
