Scope

The CoC seeks an experienced and qualified provider to develop and implement a Housing First-focused training series. The successful Offeror awarded a contract as a result of this Informal Solicitation (the “Contractor”) must provide, in coordination with CoC, customized Housing First training and workshops for CoC members.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

The Contractor is responsible for and must coordinate all agreed upon activities of CoC Housing First training.

The Contractor must design, develop, and conduct 15-30 Housing First workshops for members of the CoC.

The trainings provided by the Contractor must provide a safe space for members of the CoC to gain a deeper understanding of the principals of the Housing First model. Workshops must provide participants with strategies to implement a successful Housing First program.

The Contractor must develop marketing materials to recruit workshop participants.

The Contractor must ensure a minimum of 12 attendees for each workshop.

The Contractor must conduct a survey at the conclusion of each workshop evaluating participant engagement and feedback.

The Contractor must keep records of all workshop participants and provide an aggregate report on a monthly basis of items raised for consideration and follow-up from the CoC as stated in Article II. Reports and Deliverables.
