The Hagerstown Light Department is requesting proposals for the furnishing of all supervision, materials, labor, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform electric utility linework service at such time and place as may be designated by authorized representatives of the City of Hagerstown for scheduled work and emergency restoration. Proposals are requested and evaluated on an estimated hourly time and material basis.
