MSA is issuing this solicitation to select a highly qualified firm to provide design/build services to design and build the new Wayne K. Curry Civic Plaza. The plaza will be located in the current parking lot of the Wayne K. Curry building in Largo, MD. It will be designed to facilitate programming and events such as farmers markets, food trucks, festivals, craft fairs etc.
