MCPS seeks contractors to provide all labor, materials, and services necessary for partial or full restroom renovations, including all related components and accessories as required in compliance with MCPS specifications, manufacturer’s installation recommendations, and trade industry standards, established guideline, and procedures. Projects may involve all general construction trades. Successful contractors shall visit various locations throughout MCPS as requested to take measurements and develop proposals.
