In accordance with FAR Part 10, this is Market Research seeking sources capable of satisfying the agency’s requirement for a re-compete contract for the Institutional Accreditation. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Center for the Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) and National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) requires contractor support to assist Security Training (ST) Directorate with guidance and assistance in the achievement, maintenance and or sustainment of the ST accreditation program. The contractor shall provide accreditation consulting and administrative services for completing and complying with institutional accreditation requirements to achieve, maintain, and or sustain ST institutional accreditation. The Contractor must be able to accomplish the following:
- Consulting and guidance on the development, submission, and follow-up review of institutional annual reports demonstrating ST compliance with institutional accreditation conditions and standards.
- Consulting and guidance on the development and submission of institutional self-studies demonstrating ST compliance with institutional accreditation.
- Guidance for the set-up and facilitation of accreditation team visits.
- Report detailing the accreditation team findings as related to ST programs and services and their compliance with institutional accreditation conditions and standards of accreditation.
- Directions and format for ST use in preparation of a formal response to the accreditation team report sent to the Commission.
- Consulting and guidance for institutional reporting and follow-up of substantive changes.
- Relevant fees.
- Assistance in creating user accounts and guidance in the use of My Council Portal.
The projected Period of Performance is one base year with four option periods with an estimated contract start date of 7/1/2024.
The Performance Work Statement details the service to be performed. This is not a request for quote. Vendors will not be compensated for costs incurred to prepare and submit a response.
