Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price FFP contract using FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures.



Supply/Service needed: one (1) day rental of concert hall for Marine Corps Band Concert performance (date: 4/21/2024) including ticket set up, labor, screen and projector, lighting, piano rental, patron parking.



The Government intends to Award on a Sole Source basis to: Strathmore Hall Foundation, Inc., 5301 Tuckerman LN, Rockville, Maryland 20852, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable avaliable.



All interested and/or responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
