EVALUATION: Award may be made without discussions unless the Contracting Officer determines discussions are necessary.
Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methos method under FAR 13 simplifiied aquisition procedures (SAP)
The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition regulation circular 2022. (attached)
Steven Bolen has been designated as the Technical POC under this solicitation for any inquiries regarding the requirement. Steven Bolen is NOT a warranted Contracting Officer. Any discussions of contractual requirements do not constitute contractual direction or authorization of any kind. Any changes to the contract terms and conditions must ONLY come from the cognizant Coast Guard warranted Contracting Officer.
