Description

This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The authority for this single source procurement is prescribed by FAR 13.106-1(b)(i)





The US Marshals Service intends to Sole Source a Fixed Price Purchase Order with an anticipated award date of July 1, 2023 to ATNA Systems to assist law enforcement personnel in fugitive apprehension efforts.
