Synopsis for Portable Restrooms



The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) has a requirement for the delivery and service of portable restrooms including but not limited to restocking supplies, cleaning and pumping. The types of restrooms include:




  • Standard Single Unit Portable Restroom

  • ADA Compliant Single Unit Portable Restroom

  • Portable Hand Washing Station

  • 2 Station Restroom Trailer

  • ADA Compliant 2 Station Restroom Trailer



NSWC IHD intends to compete a Firm Fixed Price, small business set aside contract on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. The NAICS code is 562991 and the PSC code is W085.



THIS IS NOT AN INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals; however, the Government will consider all responses received to this notice. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit or award a contract.
