PURPOSE:



The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM), Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center is surveying the market to locate/identify interested Business Concerns on current anomalous propagation technologies and capabilities for sensing radio frequency signals at beyond line of sight ranges. Capabilities may consist of specific components (e.g., antennas, front end filters, algorithms, and visualizations) up to and including turn-key solutions. Components or capabilities should be mature and manufacturable today.
