Description

Awarded at approximately $535,000.00, the requirement is to procure an evidence-based, USCG-customized Train-The Trainer (T4T) curriculum for the new Resilience Coordinator role. Customization is to USCG operational and

structural specifications. The curriculum shall be rooted in military health performance research

to include areas of spiritual, emotional, and physical health. Requested companion facilitator s

guide as well as a suite of evaluation instruments to collect measures of performance and

effectiveness. Additional requirement is contractor training of first cohort of Resilience

Coordinators in two separate events at conclusion of project. The purpose of the project is to

provide the Coast Guard with a Resilience Coordinator T4T model curriculum and evaluation

tools that allow for the Service to perform its own at will training and evaluation.
