The following procurement is in support of Fleet Readiness Center Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) in buildings 6432, 6462, 6444, 6445 and 6446 located at Solomons, Maryland.
The primary objective of this contract is to procure two (2) Skid Mounted 52 CFM Compressor Systems w/120 Gal Receiver Tanks, 15 HP 52 CFM Screw Compressors with Integrated Refrigerate Dryer- Air Pressure 125 PSI, 3 Stage Grade āDā Filtration Panels w/Inline Continuous CO Monitors with shipping. This is Firm Fixed Price procurement and the contractor shall provide all management, tools supplies, equipment and/or labor as necessary to deliver items under Specific Requirements to FRCASE Solomons. The contractor will provide items listed in accordance with military specifications.
Offeror's submissions will be evaluated based upon the following:
(1) Technical: quote must be rated as technically acceptable to be eligible for award. In order to be deemed technically acceptable, the salient characteristics listed in the solicitation must be met.
(2) Price: Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable based upon the salient characteristics.
Discussions: The Government intends to award a purchase order without discussions with respective vendors/quoters. The Government however, reserves the right to conduct discussions if deemed in its best interest.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. All responsible sources shall submit a quote to the point of contact that includes the break out of parts, quantity and costs associated with those parts as listed in the SOW and drafted order attached to this announcement. This submission will be open for a total of calendar (7) calendar days to August 18, 2023 300PM EDT. Information received will be considered for the purpose of a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
