Description

TOG must continue to upgrade its current CSS systems to handle the new 5G NR rollouts that include more than 200 MHz of new RF spectrum with current generation retrofit/upgrades. The Empower systems will supplement current amplifiers for systems that TOG is currently upgrading with more radios. These additional radios enables up to 8 transmit channels per CSS system requiring additional amplifiers for those additional channels.

Empower RF Systems Inc. multi-band amplifier system, which is capable of outputting 25W (44 dBm) RF of power and operating in the frequency ranges from 500MHz - 2700MHz, with an integrated RF band pass filters that provide more than 40dBm of attenuation for spurious noise outside of the intended transmit bands. The amplifier will be used to amplify small signal communications with specific switching times, radio frame sizes, bandwidths, compression states, signal to noise ratios and multi carrier aggregation needed to power devices with GSM, CDMA, UMTS (wCDMA), LTE (OFDMA), and NR (OFDMA) waveforms. Devices utilizing GSM, CDMA, UMTS (wCDMA), LTE (OFDMA) and NR (OFDMA) technology are used to collect cellular data from deemed persons of interest.
