Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes, as part of a market survey on potential sources and emerging technologies in support of development of requirements and acquisition strategy for a high altitude Electronic Attack (EA) payload integrated onto an unmanned high altitude platform. A copy of the draft high altitude EA payload requirements and high altitude EA payload questions will be provided through Department of Defense (DoD) Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) upon request. All requests for the draft requirements must be made no later than 06 October 2023.
