Description

The U.S. Census Bureau intends to award a noncompetitive contract to the Circana Group L.P. to provide aggregated retail point-of sale/scanner transaction data. The statutory authorities for this sole source task order are in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(a)(2)(i) and 13 U.S.C § 6 – Census Organic Act.
