Please be advised that the RFP for NESDIS Customer Experience (CX) Web Modernization Services was released today (04/04/2024) via NOAA NMITS vehicle.





This project is for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) Digital Customer Experience (CX) Modernization and User Engagement Support



NESDIS is modernizing our web presence to improve the Customer Experience (CX) to offer more services and information to a variety of audiences (both technical and non-technical).



The Government is seeking sources capable of fulfilling the following need (see attached PWS).
