Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Comrod Inc. for the procurement of Comrod Inc. brand name Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) Satellite Communications (SATCOM) antennas. The Government intends to procure the above items from Comrod Inc. through a five year Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Comrod Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the required MUOS SATCOM antennas.



THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received by the response date and time of this notice, via email to the POC listed.
