Description

NASA GODDARD SPACE FLIGHT CENTER HAS A REQUIREMENT FOR APPROXIMATELY 78,000 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET OF CLASS B OFFICE SPACE WITH A Delineated Area North of 193 (Greenbelt Road), South of Northern Road, West of Northern Road, East of Aerospace Road. At a minimum the space must be in shell condition but ready for use no later than September 30, 2023. Offeror proposals must be valid until September 30, 2023.
