This RFI by the Army seeks industry feedback on expertise on cyber electronic warfare capabilities. More specifically, information sought is with regard to onsite scientific, engineering, and technical support at a government facility to supplement existing government technical staff and support the development and sustainment of systems in the technology areas of cyber, electronic warfare, telecommunications, and related disciplines.

The details of specific technologies, development efforts, and technical requirements are classified. Interested parties are required to have properly accredited facility(s) and access to classified email at the time of this RFI to be able to receive the classified portion of this RFI. Questions and requests will only be accepted in writing, phone calls will not be accepted.
