Description

This is a brand name contracting action is in accordance with Federal Aquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(2)(b) and 6.303-2 modified to reflect procedures in 13.5 (a)(ii). (see attached RFQ document and brand name justification (JOTFOC).



Award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.



Award will be a firm fixed price purchase order.
