This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 9 February 2023 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018923Q0079 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business.

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-01 and DFARS Change Notice 20230131. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 721110. The Small Business Size Standard is $35,000,000.
