The purpose of this synopsis is to announce AFDW-PK, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762, intends to award a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to CQ- Roll Call Inc., 1201 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington DC 2004 for access to congressional events via a subscription service.
The requirement is for 24/7, timely, non-partisan and fact-based news on the Defense appropriations process. The contractor shall provide a website containing access to current congressional news, real time hearing transcripts and analysis of activities occurring in Congress. The information must be readily available (online) and include past news articles/analysis and transcripts for trending purposes. Air Force requirement include Bill Texts, detailed House & Senate bill and amendment information, hearing summaries and transcripts, real time floor votes, amendments reporting and executive briefs.
The government will use the information to provide senior leadership real-time information and recommendations while conducting business with congressional members and staff.
Period of performance is a November 2023 – November 2027.
